Meet Dr. Esther Grinberg

Dr. Esther Grinberg graduated from CUNY College of Staten Island with summa cum laude honors as well as being a member of the Dean’s list, receiving a BS in Biology with a concentration in Health Sciences. Dr. Grinberg then went on to complete her doctorate of Optometry at SUNY College of Optometry, with extensive clinical training at Woodhull Hospital, Ezra Medical Center and the University Eye Center at SUNY College of Optometry. There she received thorough training in areas of glaucoma, vision therapy/rehabilitation, neuro-ophthalmology, cornea, surgical co-management, pediatrics and dry eye disease.

As an optometrist, Dr. Grinberg is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality, multidisciplinary eye care for patients. She strives to provide excellent optometric care beginning with prevention and emphasizing thorough eye examinations, early detection of eye disease, personalized treatment plans, and patient education to help individuals make informed decisions about their eye health. Fluent in both English and Russian, Dr. Grinberg aims to create a welcoming and compassionate environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their care.
